HOUSE CONTROLS
The best way to control the outdoor dining, indoor dining and several lamps around the house is to down load the home app, otherwise all of the lights will operate manually.
STOVE
The Bertazzoni stove is a wonderful piece of equipment, but not without its quirks. The only real issue is the lighting of the stove. There is a 4”x6” placard with instructions and link to the you tube tutorial. Here it is again, just in case.
Bertazzoni | How do I turn on my oven gas burners?
DISHWASHER
Another Bertazzoni appliance and another taste of Italian design. If you see a letter and a number on the display, it is an hourly delay for the start.H:01 is a one hour delay, H:02 is a two hour delay, etc. If you accidentally hit the delay, you will have to cycle through all 24 hours to get to 0 to start the machine. If someone happens to open the dishwasher during the cycle, you need to hit the start button while the door is open, the tell tale sign that the dishwasher is operating is by the blinking colon between the letters on the display. It is the simplest and most complex thing all at the same time.
REFRIGERATOR
One more Italian appliance discussion. The icemaker produces 4-6 pounds of ice in a 24 hour period. If the ice maker is not making ice, simply turn off the icemaker on the panel inside the refrigerator and turn it back on again. There is also a mini fridge outside on the patio.
COOKWARE
Feel free to use any of the cookware and utensils in the kitchen. Please use with the utmost professionalism, i.e no metal utensils on teflon, always use a cutting board, etc.
PLEASE DO NOT WASH THE FOLLOWING IN THE DISHWASHER

POOL
Controller for the pool is mounted on the wall above the towels, if you are having the pool heated, it will be set at 87 degrees. To turn on the spa, press the spa button to turn on the heat for the spa. The other buttons will turn on the lights and the pool jets respectively. The heat from the pool will shift to the spa and it should take about 30 minutes to get to the temperature of 102 degrees. When not in use, please turn the spa heater off and the heater will continue to heat the pool. If you forget, there is a 3 hour timer on the spa that will shut off and automatically divert to the pool heater.
BOOKS
